Refund Policy


Our Guarantee

As the creators of The Adventure Letters, we are committed to crafting a memorable, engaging experience for every young adventurer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your subscription to The Adventure Letters within the first 30 days (or first subscription month), we will provide a full refund. For international customers, this guarantee period is extended to 45 days.


This policy covers all letter subscriptions—both physical and digital—and excludes any additional items outside of the letter subscription.


Refund Policy

After the initial 30 days, refunds will be issued for any remaining months of a canceled subscription.

For monthly subscriptions, refunds will not be offered for any renewal payments already processed.

For annual prepaid subscriptions, refunds are calculated by deducting the months used at the regular monthly rate ($12.99) from the original payment. For instance, if a cancellation is requested in the third month of an annual subscription, a refund of $90.03 would apply ($129 minus $38.97, which is three months at $12.99).

It’s important to provide an accurate, deliverable address at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for address errors. To update your mailing address, please email us at least two weeks prior to the next scheduled mailing to ensure it’s correctly applied.


We do not accept returns for our products.

Refunds

For requests made within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, we will review and approve eligible refunds, which will then be processed. Funds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Our refund policy applies only to letter subscriptions. For any bundled products that include items beyond letters, we will issue a refund for the letter portion only, deducting the cost of any additional items (e.g., a collectible item included in a bundle).


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived, please recheck your bank account, contact your credit card provider, or speak with your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still don’t see the refund, please reach out to us at support@theadventureletters.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to provide an exchange for the same product. Contact us at support@theadventureletters.com for the shipping address, and please allow for transit time based on your location.

For any item returned valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
